These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Real Estate Photography Field Guide (the "Guide") provided by TLBphotography / TLBstudio. By purchasing and downloading the Guide, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Product & Refund Policy

The Guide is a premium digital product delivered via instant download. Because the proprietary intellectual property and operational knowledge are transferred immediately upon purchase, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2. License & Usage Guidelines

When you purchase the Guide, you are purchasing a single-user license intended for individual property hosts. Your purchase is subject to the following usage tiers:

Individual Hosts (1–2 Properties): One standard purchase covers the application of these techniques for up to two (2) short-term rental properties owned or managed by the buyer.

Multi-Property Hosts (3–4 Properties): Hosts operating three or more properties are required to purchase additional copies of the Guide to cover the expanded commercial use of the provided techniques.

Property Management Agencies (5+ Properties): This standard license does not cover agency use. Agencies managing five or more properties must contact us directly to arrange an Agency License.

3. Intellectual Property Restrictions

The Guide, including all text, photographic examples, layout, and visual concepts, is the exclusive intellectual property of TLBphotography / TLBstudio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or host the PDF (or any portion of its contents) on any public or private platform. The Guide is for your personal commercial use only.

4. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Guide is an educational resource designed to improve the visual quality of your property photography. While high-quality imagery is strongly correlated with better listing performance, TLBphotography / TLBstudio makes no guarantees regarding financial results, increased occupancy rates, specific revenue increases, or algorithmic advantages on booking platforms. Your success depends on a variety of market factors beyond the scope of this Guide.

5. Limitation of Liability & Exclusion of Damages

The Guide is provided entirely "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLBphotography / TLBstudio explicitly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever — including, but not limited to, loss of business profits, listing suspensions, booking disruptions, or data loss — arising out of the use of or inability to use this Guide. Under no circumstances shall TLBphotography / TLBstudio be liable for a refund of the purchase price or any other financial compensation once the digital asset has been successfully delivered.
